Refunds & Returns

We want you to feel confident shopping with Sylva Supplies. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility

• You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• Perishable, intimate, or hygiene-related items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll replace or refund the item.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Restocking Fee 

There may be a 5% restocking fee.
